Prepare the Gear
Pack your items securely in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment like bats or gloves remain in their original plastic wrapping.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
